The Haggis is already pre-cooked so you only need to heat it. Do so by putting it in a pan with water then let it simmer for 30 minutes. You can also use an oven or a microwave to heat the Haggis. To make the Neeps, you should first cut the swede into pieces of cubes. Put the cubes into a pan with salted water then bring to a boil. Cook this for about 20 minutes or until the swede becomes tender. Drain the water then add some butter into the swede. Put in some ground black pepper as well. Add more salt if necessary
To make the tatties or the mashed potatoes, you should first peel the potatoes then boil them in pan with water until they become tender. Afterwards, drain the water then let them cool for about five minutes. To cool faster, put some cold towel over the potatoes. Return the potatoes into the pan then add some hot milk. Using a large spoon, mash the potatoes until they become fluffy. Add the parsley, all of the parsley and the onions.
To serve, prepare a large clean plate then arrange the Haggis, the Neeps, and the Tatties side by side. Add some sauce if you desire.
